The villa is situated in a quiet residential area on the picturesque marina of Santa Ponsa Yacht Club, on the south-western part of Mallorca and has wonderful views out to sea. It is set in mature gardens and fully enclosed by gates, five minutes walking to beach, fifteen minutes driving to Palma, five minutes to golf, tennis, restaurants and shopping, the house is perfectly located to enjoy the best of Mallorca. There is direct access to the marina from the garden.
Integrated into a residential area, the Santa Ponsa Yacht Club is a quiet place, unlike many other marinas. Built in a natural harbour providing berths for more than 500 boats up to 25 mts, the marina offers two restaurants, a cafe and a watersports centre where you can join a scuba diving group or rent paddle boards and kayaks. Moorings are available for rent to keep your own boat in the marina.
Just a few minutes walking from the house there is a small cove with a partially shady beach and calm water. At the same distance there is a ladder off the rocks and a tiny cove where you can snorkel in the transparent blue water and then lie on the rocks and enjoy the sun and view. A little further away is the main beach of Santa Ponsa with white sand and a pine-wooded area behind where you can get out of the sun. Sunbeds and umbrellas are available here in the summer.
Santa Ponsa is a golf and tennis paradise. Located behind the big beach the Santa Ponsa Tennis Club offers ten clay courts. For more information see their website
